Request to integrate GitHub pull request status with JIRA

Is it possible for us to integrate the status of pull requests in GitHub to be in sync with JIRA status? 

For example, when we put a JIRA item “In Code Review” there is an associated pull request that’s created in GitHub.  Developers leave a comment in JIRA with the link to the pull request.  And, based on code review feedback - the pull requests get reassigned and status is not in sync with JIRA.

 I know Atlassian has a competing product called https://bitbucket.org/
