Requesting Administrative Access

We're trying to import Pivotal Tracker projects. According the the documentaiton, we need to be an administrator.

As mentioned here, it says we can request administrative access: https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/32933/rights-system-administrator

Can we please get that set up for our account so we can proceed?

You cannot request system administrator access for OnDemand. This is mentioned in the issue you linked.
