Required power script to trigger event when the new custom filed (additional watchers) is filled or

Hi Team,

Since regular user with write access cannot use CSV file to fill in Watcher field.

Here is the workaround implementation.

1. Create a custom people field called "additional watchers"
2. Create power script to trigger event when the new custom filed (additional watchers) is filled or modified, to set the value into watchers.
