Requirement management + test cases management with JIRA

I'm looking for integration of Req. management with test cases management.

I probably take RMsis for req. management and TestRail for test management. Do you know if they could be integrated and how it works?

I couldn't find any reference.

Does RMsis actually write the requirements just as JIRA issues?

Does TestRail actually write the test cases just as JIRA issues?

RMsis has its own database and requirements created in RMsis are saved in RMsis Database.

The test cases created in Test Rail are in form of JIRA Issues.

RMsis has close and seemless integration with JIRA. The requirements created in RMsis can be linked with any kind of JIRA issue (including test cases in Test Rail).

Hence you can easily use RMsis for requirements management and TestRail for test management in your scenario.

It's free. Requirements could be any Jira issue types,  (configured in plug-in) http://qarsenal.wikia.com/wiki/Qarsenal_configuration#Requirement_configuration.
Our plug-in introduces an issue type "Test" for creating test cases.
