Hi guys,
we are working on Jira v8.20.24.
I tried several times to reset my password (clicked the button to send me an e-mail). Unfortunatly the e-mail is not received. For other colleagues from the same company it is working out meanwhile in same version etc.
Any idea?

did you verify if the mail might get routed to your spam folder?
In addition someone with admin permissions might want to check the stored email address for your account. Furthermore if the problem persist your admin could verify the mail logs

it was the missing stored e-mail, admins checked on it.
