I have a use case where an issue changes several times to resolved status. However, the Resolved Time shows the date when the issue was resolved the first time. I need that the resolved time reflects the last time when the issue changed to resolved time.
If I understand your problem correctly, I believe the below information might help.
The resolution field is what sets the resolution date, if you clear the resolution field the resolution date will be removed as well. This will allow for a new date to be added to the 'resolved time' when the ticket resolution field is set again. The status 'Resolved' does not set the resolved time.
Hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions or need clarification.
Best practices on using the "Resolution" field

Thanks, Brittany.
I used the useful information you provided me and also the following https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/clear-the-resolution-field-when-an-issue-is-reopened-in-jira-server-648381467.html.
Now everything is working as I expected.

Are you clearing the resolution field when you exit the Done status?
