Resolution Screen doesn't close

Hi,

whenever I want to change the status during my workflow and the transition screen shows up, I can click on the button to go to the next status, but nothing happens. The screen doesn't close and I after that I am only able to click cancel. The only way to make it work is to refresh it.

Any tips how to fix that?

You're saying the 'resolution screen' Are you setting a resolution?
