The developer moved the story from under development to closed status directly, so there is no resolution date and no status of resolution. So can any one help me on this, as this story is closed but as we are tracking it in EazyBI. Due to unresolved status and missing resolution date i ma not able to track it on EazyBI. Is there any way to fix this issue, so that i can have resolved status and resolution date.
Fist of all you should make sure the workflow transition from "under dvelopment" to "closed" adds a resolution value in a post function automatically or you can ask for it in a transition screen.

You need to update the Resolution field. Check next link https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-edit-the-resolution-of-an-issue-313467778.html to know how to edit the Resolution Field. After that, you need to change the workflow because is necessary to include the resolution field in a screen before closing or in a post-function.
