To enable the resolution screen while changing the status to DONE,
If the "Resolve Issue Screen" is not present, go to admin settings --> Issues --> screen. Create a new screen and resolution field to it and follow above steps.

From the screenshot you shared, I can figure out that you have not added screen to the transition. To add screen, Click Edit on the transition and then add the screen. Save and then publish the workflow.
Once workflow is published, try it in new ticket.

The second done is the resolution, this is pretty different from status. You can change résolution if you're product admin by doing
Cog (top right) > Issue > Resolution
