Resource availability dashboard

Hi,

could anyone recommend a JIRA dashboard that would reveal an overview of all users in JIRA in terms of availability and assignment? I am thinking maybe a dashboard that would pull the data from tempo and give a company wide overview that says user X is planned for this and that and has this much availability and so on,
