Restrict Access to Service Desk Satisfaction Report

Hi all,

Within Jira ServiceDesk, there are canned reports, one being the 'Satisfaction' report which displays a comment and a rating for completed issues. I would like to restrict access to this report so only administrators can see it. Right now any service agent can see the report, which in some cases may not be good.

I have been unable to find any way to put restrictions on the report or even delete the report. How can I restrict access to this report? And further is there anyway to change/customize this report?
