Restricted comments in the new view

We need that some comment could't be visibles to some groups.

With the old view there was an option to restricted the view of comments, but we couldn't see it in the new one.

This is the view of the old jira with the option of restriction:

Is possible to restrict comment in the new jira view??

It is not possible to restrict a comment in the New Issue view.
