Hi,
we want use Confluence especially Anonymous access (we have already set) for our customers as a knowledgebase. For example we have 3 different customer from different business branches. In application we´re developing for each that customer we would like to point them to Confluence. They would have in Conflunce their own Space with some knowledgebase in it. How can i restrict access for people from organization A to NOT see the Space that belongs Organization B.
Where in administration can I set this? Is it possible?
It is pretty clear to me, when we have one customer with one space. But I can´t help to my self if we have more then one customer.
when you enable anonymous access to a page / space . everyone who having internet can see.
We can't restrict the view access to different people.
May be you need to create different confluence spaces for different organizations. but there also you can't restrict "A" users not view "B" Space. due to anonymous access.
hi @Veronika Dvorska ,
If you open up anonymous access to a space, then everyone can access the space.
If you want to restrict access to a space, then you can't use the anonymous option.
A work around (not really recommended) that might work, is to create difference cloud instance for each client, then use IP-whitelisting.
Good luck!
