Rich text editor for Create Issue screen

Hi,
One Jira Cloud, I'd like to change the description field on a Create Issue screen to use the newer Rich Text Editor. I tried editing the Renderer for the field, but my only options are "Wiki" and "Default". Any ideas how to use Rich Text instead?
