Roadmap for tasks is not showing colored bars

While epics are showing bars on roadmap and available to change its colors, tasks are not showing bars even there is a start and end date. No color changing options.

How can I activate colored bars for tasks in roadmap?

Hello there,

Welcome to the community!

Unfortunately, at the moment with the Standard plan and Basic Roadmaps, timeline bars are supported for only Epics.

If you do not want to try a third party product, you would need to upgrade to the Jira Premium Plan which includes Advanced Roadmaps, where timeline bars are supported for other issue types.

Another option is by using some third-party apps like BigPicture or Structure.Gantt.
