Roadmap not showing tasks or sub-tasks

I'm new to Jira, but can't figure out why Roadmap view is not showing tasks. Most have status, start date, complete date, etc. but they are not showing up on the roadmap at all (see attached).

HI @Jay Schneider 

I believe only the Epic will show the bars for Start > End Date. The tasks will only show Status Changed events

If you scroll to the left in the roadmap you should at the very least see when "Meet w/Customer Service" task was marked complete.
My guess is it happened before April?
