Roadmap view

Fred Merritt August 3, 2020

When I share my roadmap, the users are not seeing the same things im seeing as far as epics and issues.  How can I make sure they are seeing the same things Im seeing in the roadmap?

Hi @Fred Merritt - It's possible the viewers don't have permission into the Jira project(s) that are included into the Plan.  If you are a global admin in the instance you can use the Permission checker on a single issue.  If you are not - ask your global admin to do that for you.  If the people viewing the portfolio don't have Browse permission into the project(s) then that could be a reason they aren't seeing the same thing as you do on the roadmap.  Also - there are saved views that can change what is seen so take a look at those and ensure folks are aware of the view you'd like them to use.  (I'm not sure if that view is what is used in the 'share'.)    Best of luck to you and your team!
