Roadmap

I am a beginner Jira Software user.  Our company just now starting to use Jira for software development.

I plan to use next-gen project template because I would like to have the roadmap feature.  Based on the link below, sub-task feature is not available.

But I thought issue type Story allows you to create sub-task and Story.  Anyone has insight for this?

Also, any concern with using next-gen?

Do u already tried portifolio for jira? its a great addon for roadmaps
