Can Rovo be used as a AI assistant for end user customers? Referencing public Confluence pages to find what the end user needs, through the Jira HELP option?

Currently Rovo is not available to JSM customers.
What is available though is the Virtual Agent. It can serve customers with content from the knowledge base on a conversational manner.
