We have seen a number of similar reports recently. I would ask that you try again once more. Your most recent error appears to be a rate limiting one, but if you tried this repeatedly on failure, I think there is actually another error in play at that time that was preventing the recaptcha from working as intended.
Please try once more and let me know if it works now. If it still fails after the first attempt, please stop there and let me know the new error code.
