Running Custom JIRA Reports

Is there a way that i can check the total time spent on each task based on their status e.g. In progress, in review. 

Looking for : 

I need a user based report that gives me user time spent in each status (In progress, In review e.t.c)

Example : 

USER (A) worked on 100 tasks and each task was completed in 24 hrs .

Purpose :

Increase user productivity and calculate SLA based KPI.
