Running Jira applications over SSL or HTTPS

Hello,

I try to follow this link

to install signed certificate (CA reply) and a set of root/intermediate CA certificates.

I arrive at point 2) of section "Configuring your web server using the Jira configuration tool" but when I click "check certificate in key store" I receive an error.

Is this guide not updated?

I know it's too late, but I think it's good to provide a direct answer here

I see the issue here cause of: Wrong Alias name

You've to type in field (Key Alias): the Alias name that you've previously generated & stored at .jks file

The guide is up to date and works fine - one of my collegues was using it yesterday.

What error are you getting?
