Hi,

In our organization, We use local accounts for Authentication. Now we are switching to ADFS using SAML. Once we make Switch what happens to the Users, Projects, Boards, Documentation . Can I still login to the Jira and Confluence?

Hi @Jagapathi Raju Maddiboyina

I recommend you to experiment and step forward in a safe test environment here.

Hi @Jagapathi Raju Maddiboyina .

This should go fine as long as the usernames are the same. If you are on server or datacenter and setup SAML through a third-party add-on, you should also be able to transform the username (apply regex or strip of the @domain part) to construct matching usernames.

Good luck!
