SAML Configuration Bug?

We are using Jira Data Center 7.12.3.
The System Plugin SAML 2.0 for data Center is installed and activated.

However I'm not able to enable SAML or to configure an IdP (e.g. KeyCloak)

It seems to be a bug.

The following guide shows you how to setup SAML Keycloak login to Jira with the Kantega SSO add-on: https://docs.kantega.no/display/KA/Keycloak

I guess the steps for achieving the same setup with the System Plugin SAML 2.0 is similar, and I hope this guide can be of help.

unfortunately i don't find the configuration section for SAML with the build in Plugin from Atlassian.
