Good afternoon,
I wonder if we have the option for using SAML auth for SSO in our instance?
Also, is it possible to talk to atlassian support?

Hi Louis.
Which Atlassian product are you using, and are you on Server, Datacenter or Cloud?

Your only option for getting SAML SSO in Cloud is through Atlassian Access.
The Atlassian Community (where we are now) is an additional source for help and information for how to set this up.

Hi You should try to follow the product documentation here. You can setup Atlassian in a hybrid mode, where SAML SSO is set as secondary authentication mechanism.
See choices in SAML SSO 2.0 behavior choices in the attached screenshot.
I know the Server and Datacenter environments better than Cloud and how you get richer configuration options for hybrid modes through marketplace SSO apps.
