SLA Fields not exported

When I export via CSV the SLA fields like Time to first response are not included. Any help please? We have reports outside JIRA that are heavily affected by this.

Using JIRA 7.12.1 and Service Desk  3.15.1

Thanks! We were able to pull them before via Excel I think. Oh well... I'll check if there's something else I can do
