Hi Readers,
At 'Project settings' - 'SLAs' entered the following ;
When i search issues i see only the time of the 'SLAs';
I would like to see the number of minutes/hours left instead of the SLA time. For example the issue is solved after 2 hours that leaves 10 hours (12 -2).
Anybody knows how to do it?
Sincerely,
Matthew
If you don't mind using third-party apps, SLA Time and Report for Jira (developed by my team) has a report table with the time format you need, if I understood your request correctly.
The format can be changed, but by clicking on the indicators, you will always see more information, including elapsed and remaining time, according to SLA.
Use the 30-day trial to see if it's right for you. I hope this helps you.

Hi Kateryna,
Thanks for the tip, we are trying the trial version now. However with this we run into some issues. Example we can choose which project the SLA manager applies.
But within the project, we have multiple clients with different SLA times. Is it possible to set this per client and not just across the entire project?
Regards and thanks in advance.
Matthew

Unfortunately, it's impossible to choose different clients in the SLA settings, but if the Issues are marked with a special label (for each client), you can select them for the Start conditions of different SLAs, or you can add different SLA goals. However, creating different SLAs with the same project and, if necessary, with different time zones or labels will be easier and more correct.
You can book an online Demo if you need a more detailed demonstration of the add-on.
