SOAP / RDP issue in JIRA?

When I ran the JIRA cli command below, there's an error - see below. CLI is 2.4.0 and JIRA is 4.4.4:

jira.bat --server http://jira-stage --user jirauser --password xyz --action getFieldValue --issue trn-329 --field "Status"

Unable to log in to server: http://jira-stage/rpc/soap/jirasoapservice-v2 with user: jirauser.
Cause: java.lang.IllegalStateException: No implementation has been registered for this tenant, and there's no creator to create it

Suggest looking at JRA-26790 and if that is not your situation, open a support request to Atlassian JIRA.

look like after I restarted JIRA, everything works again. No clue why!!!
