SP Entity ID Not Generating

I am trying to set up SAML single sign on with Azure. I have added Atlassian Cloud to Azure as an enterprise application. I am going through the set up wizard. I have copied the provider's entity ID, SSO URL, and the x509 cert. But when I proceed to the next page no URLs are generated to give to my service provider. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

I tried again yesterday and the URLs did generate. I didn't do anything different from the last time so I don't know why it's working now but it's working, Thank you.
