We are going to integrate SSL on our JIRA instance. So we want to identify the impacts for the system. Please advice us ?
We have HTTPS email connection
We have AD integration
We have fisheye Integration
We are not updating the fisheye with https, so will it be a impact to the connection between JIRA and fisheye ?
No, JIRA can run on https and other application can run on your network.
as long as the server where you have installed JIRA can connect to the server where you have installed fisheye, there should be no issue I believe. eg we are runing JIRA over https but other tools are not on https.

But there is a link between fisheye and jira. so when fisheye is trying to connect to the JIRA will it be a problem ? both JIRA and fisheye are installed in the same server.
