My company has agreed on using Jira Service Management for project and issue tracking. It will be hosted in the cloud.
SSO Authentication is enable, but if an employee logins, the login request is routed to the admin for review and approval. We wan to enable automatic login for all employees using the company credentials only.
I currently don't know what the company uses for identity provision.
If the community can point me to the relevant documentation and the requirements to accomplish this.
Please advise and assist.
