SSO implementation with jira

Hi Guys,

I need sso Implementation with jira with AD or LDAP, May i know the complete processor and provide the step by step details please,,,,,plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

What do you understand under SSO. 

Do you need SSO between atlassian tools, or do you want to be signed in to JIRA when you log in to windows? 

If it is the first, i would advise to install Crowd and setup SSO with that.

If it is the latter i would advice using this plugin
