×Hi
I screwed up.
I locked my self and everybody out of our atlassian products and I can't raise a support ticket.
Hi @Karl Sjökvist ,
Welcome to the community !!
If you are not in free version of jira cloud, you can contact support directly in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/.
If your registered account is not able to raise ticket, create a new Atlassian account with personal email or new email, then raise ticket
Meantime can you let us know what exactly happened ?
I tried with our URL to raise a ticket, but the only option I have despite having cloud enterprise is "Jira Community" must be because it's still in trial?
I followed a guide https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Access-questions/How-can-I-configuration-SAML-in-Keyclock-to-use-atlassian-cloud/qaq-p/880278
but I must have gotten the redirect URL wrong because my keycloak reports "Invalid redirect url"

Apperently i could write * as allowed redirect URL and that solved it.

you can always choose "Billing" option to create a support ticket, even on Free. Of course it may take awhile to get a response.
