STAGIL Table Plugin column remove Read-Only, fill the Row and set Read-Only again

Hello,

for an automation i want to set a column to Read-Only that the user cannot fill the column. In the background is running a ScriptRunner validator which should fill the column on need.

How can i remove the RO Flag, set the Value and set the RO Flag again?
