Hi,

We can only see the Lead object when we are trying to sync to SF.

Why can't we see case. case comments, etc.

Hi,

This is Majid @ Exalate.

It is hard to answer this with any conviction without really knowing the tool in question and the use case details. But this is something that works out of the box with an Exalate integration, along with much more.  Maybe worth looking into!

Let me know if you want further information and I would be happy to assist.

Thanks

Majid

Hi @Shemi Avraham

What tool are you currently using to connect your Salesforce to your Jira instance?

If you are open to alternative options, my team and I have released Stitch It, a new Atlassian integration app. It’s a scripting tool that allows you to build complex integrations between Atlassian and third-party apps, including Salesforce.

If you can provide a little more information, I may be able to advise you on whether our solution could suit your needs! In the meantime, I can share a Salesforce <> Jira integration example, we have a template (which is a pre-built solution) for Creating a Jira Cloud issue when a Salesforce Case status is updated.

Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you are interested or would like some more information!

@Shemi Avraham hey there. If you're open to using 3rd party solution - check out ZigiOps. It's 100% no-code, totally save (none of the transferred data is stored by ZigiOps), connects SF & Jira bi-directionally, and can be customized to fit various use cases. It comes with advanced mapping functionalities. Feel free to explore it and ever try it - we have a free version.

Regards, Diana (ZigiOps team)

Hello @Shemi Avraham ,

If you are looking to fetch more information from Salesforce in order to populate fields in Jira, you may be interested in Elements Connect (btw, I am with the company behind the app).

To understand how to set up a query with Elements Connect and customize how the information is displayed, you can take a look at this tutorial.

If you need any extra help configuring the app, don't hesitate to contact the support team.
