I m trying to create Postman Collection for Jira for Salesforce Jira integration purposes, but unfortunately, API Call to Jira with Bearer Token does not work, but it works with Basic Auth, I want o=to be able to make a call with Bearer Token. If anyone helps with this issue will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi @Aaron Dolapci ,
This is Dhiren from Exalate.
Exalate, provides a fully bi-directional synchronization between Jira and Salesforce (among other ITSM systems) that is fully customizable. It is easy to set up and Exalate uses a scripting engine which is based on Groovy scripts where you can control what data you want to share and even you can independently handle the incoming information. You can achieve complex use-cases with ease.
If you would like to see a customized demo of the product in action, feel free to book a slot with us.
Thanks
Dhiren
Hi @Aaron Dolapci,
We understand that you are manually trying to integrate Salesforce and Jira. We’d recommend you try the connector Sinergify for seamless bi-directional syncing between Jira and Salesforce. Sinergify also caters to complex use-cases your business might have.
Best,
Swayam
