Hello Eileen,

I'm Felipe, an Appfire support engineer. Please allow me to help you with your issue

Regarding:

> Salesforce Jira Validation Failed! The reporter specified is not a user

To better understand the issue you are facing, can you share with us the following:

In Jira, navigate to Apps > Salesforce > Bindings > Mapping > mappings, and share a screenshot of your mappings.

This error could be related to sending an incorrect value to the reporter field in the mappings.

We look forward to your reply!

Best,
Felipe
