Sample seraph-config.xml for Okta integration

Hello,

I wonder if anyone may have a sample configured seraph-config.xml when using On Prem Jira with Okta.

I have followed the guide but have some issues where Jira runs into 500 error and one cannot login.

I assume I misconfigured seraph-config.xml.
