Hi @Mc Darryl Atacador , I would first recommend using the JQL Search feature as part of the Scheduled trigger. By filtering your query at the trigger instead of as a Compare condition, you are reducing the number of iterations your automation needs to run for. This will save on your allowable automation limits, and should perform much faster.
The option to do this is at the very bottom of the Scheduled trigger settings.
You may need to also use a Branch Rule, to have your transition trigger for each issue that gets returned from the JQL query we set up.
