Screen capture within Jira

I would like to know for the users of JIRA for the company, I would like to know if there is a feature, plugin, or way within JIRA bug tracking that part of the package that I have  or a free plugin  that can allow me  to capture the screen without using print screen and saving to paint

Yes, JIRA allows to attach screenshots to issues:

This feature has been re-worked in JIRA 6.2.5 and works in mostly browsers: Safari is the only browser, which is not supported.

You can just:

• Take a screenshot with print screen button
• Hit 'Paste' (Ctrl + V on Windows)

If you are using JIRA 6.2.4 or older, the plug-in that supports this functionality in JIRA is available on Marketplace for free.

Atlassian also has a paid JIRA Add-on called JIRA Capture. It supports screenshot capturing, annotations, rapid issue reporting with attachments and adds test sessions functionality into JIRA. See this page for more information about JIRA Capture.
