Screen pops up when transitioning my work flow from review to closed.How do i get rid of it

I have a screen that pops up when transitioning from ready for review to closed.

The screen requires ticking before allowing me to close.

I would like to remove this option.

It seems you are mapping a screen to a workflow transition. In order to remove it, you need to identify the workflow and then click edit --> click on ready for review transition --> At the Edit Transition window, select None for screen then Save then publish the workflow.
