Deleted user March 1, 2019

We upgraded our jira software v8.0.0. and Servicedesk 4.0.0 and found out scriptrunner is incompatible as below in UPM (Universal Plugin Manager). Its already latest version. I tried again clickin Update button and Enable button. Our all scripts are inside database, Can you please help how to update the script runner?

Hi @[deleted]

There is a version 5.4.49 and a version 5.4.49-jira8

You have the wrong one installed.

You can try removing the plugin, downloading the correct version, and installing it manually.

Here is the link of the file that you need on marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/download/apps/6820/version/1001710

EDIT: If you don't trust downloading directly (and you should not trust it these time of days) you can find the file on this page. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6820/scriptrunner-for-jira/version-history

Just make sure you download the correct version

Normally all data will stay in JIRA but make a backup of both jira and the database, just in case something goes wrong.
