Hi All,

Script to calculate duration time

• Timer starts ticking when Severity Flag is set to (Yellow or Red)
• Timer stops ticking when Resolution is set
• Pause timer when status = OnHold

Looking for this requirements any help will be appreciated.

Hi @Dayanand 

You can try do this with Time Between Statuses (created by my SaaSJet team). This app allows set start, pause and stop statuses for time calculation.

I want to start timer when when Severity Flag is set to (Yellow or Red).

And Pause when status = OnHold.

So I think you need tool for SLA configuration. Where you will be able to set Severity Flag as a condition for starting, and status OnHold -  for stoping SLA timer.
