Scriptrunner: Display Summary for Issue picker field instead of Key

I followed the page https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/4.3.5/jira/behaviours-conversions.html to convert a text field to a multi issue picker field and the functionality is working as expected.

The problem is only the issue key is displayed in the issue but I need Summary (also/only) to be displayed against the text field instead of issue key.

See the below screenshot, the values are less identifiable by just displaying the issue key. It's better to have the Summary displayed there.
Is there any way to change the behaviour. ?
