Scrum Backlog Multi Issue Selection

Hi all,

We recently upgraded from Jira Software (server) 8.4.x to 8.20.x.

It was recently noted by a user that we can no longer select multiple tickets in a scrum board backlog view.  Shift click and Ctrl click, both just select the one new ticket in use.

I'm not really a board user myself, but the functionality loss here is users being able to select multiple tickets and move them around.

This functionality seems to work fine on the Kaban boards.

Is this now normal?  I've tested this result on Chrome/Firefox/Edge and all demonstrate the same behavior.

Looks like this behavior is coming from one of our installed plugins.  Not sure which one yet as that will be a time consuming matter.

The behavior only seems to show up after updating plugins and restarting the service.

Rather than allow you to select multiple tickets, the system will just turn the summary of any newly selected ticket bold and unselect the previously selected row(s).
