Search filter options are missing from JIRA

I just logged in to Jira this morning and tried to search for issues, but the filters are missing.  I know Chrome just updated so I tried using Safari but got the same results.  I also updated Safari and restarted the laptop, but no change.

In addition, the Create Issue button doesn't work and the extra options ellipses icon does nothing.

Any thoughts?

Also seeing this. We were hoping to edit some of our filters for the next sprint and are currently blocked on editing, creating or even seeing any filters.

Definitely appears to be a javascript error when looking in the chrome debugger console.

Uncaught Error: No jira/issues/new-view-enabled

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'getSidebar' of undefined

On OSX el capitan

Chrome: Version 68.0.3440.106 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Also, just updated to Version 69.0.3497.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Restarted chrome, flush cache, hard reload.. Still having the issue.
