Search my issue in a project that I don't have permission

I created two projects, and I released the access permission for a user only for one of the projects. However, this user is no longer able to track ISSUE when ISSUE is moved to another project. I would like this user to view ISSUE even when it is in another project that it does not have permission, is it possible?

Hi!

I think the user should at least have the "Browse project" permission. If you want to hide some issues from this user you could apply Issue security functionality.
