Searches no longer showing older issues

When searching for issues, it now only shows issues within the last month, and older issues do not show up. We can manually go those issues (i.e. search for ISSUE-10) but if I searched for ISSUE it would show issues 300-250, then stop and show no older ones.

Re-index didn't fix anything. What am I missing?

Hi Joseph,

Did you check the Jira log file (atlassian-jira.log)?

There should be something wrong there which may give us clue.
