Searching issues with the same field value than a watched one

Hi all,

I need a JQL that can be used for filters wich delivers the following:

The current user watches a certain issue. Now I want to fetch all issues that have the same value in a custom field than the watched one. Is there any solution?

Where would the search be executed? If I was in the issue navigator, I would just look at the value for that field on the issue that I had just watched and then search for that value across all JIRA. I'm assuming you have a different use case, though.
