Security Options provided for JIRA in the Cloud

Hi,

If we were to select JIRA as the tool that we use AND go use their cloud solution, what authentication and authorization options are available? Do you offer VPN tokens for each user? Is there an infrastructure that we can maintain within our organization that controls the distribution / revocation of these tokens
